Work Permit for Portugal

One Indian has immigrated to Spain after getting admission in an University or Language Learning Centers for learning Spainish Language.

Now how can the person get Work Permit for working in Spain or any country of Europe.

1st year: You have to attend your classes of Spainish language learning in your University or Language Learning Center.

But side wise you have to look for a job.

You have to spend more time in searching a job than attending the classes.

You can attend the classes few days of a week.

Finding a job needs a very hard work including making a good connection with locals, specially business owners.

Marriage with a local is an option which will provide you European Family Card, however, it is not very easy to find a local who will agree to marry with you.

However, there are many paid marriage, but authority can detect easily false marriage in many cases and finaly you are deported to your own country.

So let´s focus on a Work Permit based on a job contract. Many of you will prefer this approach than marriage.

During your search of your job contract, you will come in contact with many agents or business owners which will offer you a job contract paper on payment.

Many of others may ask you to work for their business (resturant, shop, construction etc) free of cost or 200-300 euros per month and may be they will provide you a shared flat and food with their other emplyee.

In return they will promise you to prepare a job contract paper for you and submit to spanish authority (We call it Extranjeria).

But after few days or sometimes for months of working with them for their business as an employee (ilegal employee), and enquiring several times about the progress of the job contract paper preparation and submittion, one day you may come to know that they are not going to prepare a job contract paper and submit to authority so that you can get a Work Permit.

You may feel cheated.

We know that it is very difficult to find a job in Spain or any country of Europe because you do not have a European Work Permit.

You need a Job Contract Paper for submitting to Spanish authority along with your passport, and bank information.

2nd year: At the end of your academic season, you will have a examination. What to do? You donot have to pass the examination.

You fail in the Spanish language examination, and now you request to your University or Language Learning Center for renewing your registration for 2nd year academic season.

You have to pay registration fees, but it will allow you to renew your residency card and keep living legally in Spain and in Europe.

You have to keep looking for a job contract.

You can use this permission of living in Spain during 2nd year to visit some another eurpean countries such as Portugal or Italy where authority, time to time, open the government call for submission of papers to make legal to illegal immigrants, thus, they incorporate ilegal immigrants in their society and social security system including the tax system of the country.

Portugal is on few hours distance from Spain, and any one can travel by bus as well.

Bus and trains are less checked by the police for ilegal immigrants than fligh journey.
